Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of the Developer or his representative, a representative of AALC, and three Community Members. Directors will serve two (2) year terms. However, since the Board is self-perpetuating, Directors will continue to serve until their death, resignation, or removal. Officers will be elected annually by the Board. The officers of the Association will be the President, Secretary, and Treasurer (who shall also act as the Vice-President).
